ROOF INSPECTIONS
There is no method of carrying out a roof inspection that surpasses the efficiency and effectiveness of a drone. Being able to operate remotely significantly reduces a variety of different variables - Cost, Health & safety risk, Time etc.
YORK UNIVERSITY ROOF INSPECTION
Apart of the aftercare package offered by GMI Construction on this project we were employed to carry out an in-depth roof survey of each of the buildings across the Langwith campus and Constantine campus to identify any issues that may need to be resolved before the project’s aftercare period ends - There were no issues highlighted.
A total of 20 buildings were inspected, photographed and video recorded over a 4 hour inspection period, to conclude the work a inspection report was submitted to the client with advisors and notes for each roof.
